What is the Uptown Avenue 7 Arts and Culture Festival?
In partnership with Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jean Monestime, the Uptown NW 7th Avenue CRA and MUCE presents the Uptown Avenue 7 Arts and Culture Festival bringing together local residents and businesses to showcase this premier cultural destination as the place to live, work, shop, and play. As part of Florida’s Community Redevelopment Act of 1969, Uptown Avenue 7 and the Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners aim to revitalize low-income areas by improving the physical environment and breathing new life into the community. The Uptown Avenue 7 Arts and Culture Festival is a big part of that revitalization. You won’t find a more diverse culture anywhere.
The festival offers something for everyone featuring art, live music, crafts, and fun for the kids!
