Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival  Pop Up Series

Miami, Fla. (September 2019)  – The NW 7th Avenue CRA kicks off it’s Fall 2019 arts & culture season with a plethora  of opportunities for artisans, businesses, and residents to get involved with the happenings on the NW 7th Avenue corridor affectionately deemed:  Uptown Avenue 7. The season includes pop-up art experiences, culture crawls, grant funding and culinary tastings that culminate in the Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival happening on Saturday November 9th, 2019  from 11am – 7pm at Arcola Lakes Library located at 8240 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150. Wed. OCT. 9th | Culture Crawl with Uptown Avenue 7 | 5:30PM - 8:30PM

Highlighting Dolly’s Florist & shops on NW 7th Avenue. Patrons can enjoy:

Mini Pop-up Art Lounge by MUCE, Live performances, Free Art Classes, DJ’s, Food Trucks, Vendors, Silent Movie Feature, Drum Circle, Meet & Greet with the CRA,  and more. (Kid Friendly) Complimentary drink for those who RSVP.

Over 3000 guest convene to experience the future of NW 7th Avenue Corridor.

Offerings include:  iconic Pop-up Art exhibition curated by MUCE, CRA lounge, main stage performances, food trucks, Live Painting, Vendors row & showcase, Dinner & Conversation with Northside Police, free yoga sessions, an all new KID ZONE and more. The 3rd Annual Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival highlights the gems of the corridor and reimagines the NW 7th Ave corridor as the next cultural destination of South Florida.

The Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival is made possible by Miami -Dade Commissioner Jean Monestime, the NW 7th Avenue CRA, Northside Police station, MUCE, Miami Urban Contemporary Experience, Arcola Lakes Library, and Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs.
